Kings Crossings Affordable Housing - San Jose, California

Kings Crossings Apartments is part of new 5-acre transit-oriented community next to the proposed Berryessa BART station. The 70,000 square foot complex, developed by Charities Housing, will include 94 nits of permanent, affordable rental housing for low income families. A variety of community spaces include a multi-purpose room, fitness center, laundry, and a community kitchen. A large central courtyard provides activity areas for residents, including children’s play areas, benches, tables and barbecue areas, as well as trees in planters for shaded seating.
