The 88: Mixed-Use - Downtown San Jose, California
The 88” project is located on the existing parking lot between 2nd and 3rd Streets, South
of San Fernando Street in downtown San Jose, CA.
The development will transform a surface parking lot into an inviting mixed-use complex that
will be comprised of the following uses: approximately 197 for-sale residential condominiums in a high-rise
tower and approximately 32,000 square feet of street level retail. The condominiums sit on a podium structure,
which will contain residential amenities including a fitness center, clubhouse, spa and pool. Two levels of subterranean parking will provide approximately 608 spaces, with the first level, to be owned by the city, designated
338 as public parking to serve the district. The San Jose Redevelopment Agency is investing $7.8 million making
it possible to provide public parking, affordable housing and create a quality environment that will attract first
class retail and restaurants.

The Globe: Mixed-Use - Downtown San Jose, California
The development will transform a surface parking lot into an inviting mixed-use complex, that will be comprised of the following uses: 72 for-sale condominiums and 17,5000 square feet of ground level retail. Two levels of subterranean parking will provide 172 spaces, with the first level, to be owned by the city, designated as public parking to serve the district. The San Jose Redevelopment Agency is investing $7.8 million making it possible to provide public parking, affordable housing and create a quality environment that will attract first class retail and restaurants.
