San Jose Axis Condominiums: Residential

This $100 million, 443,000 square feet, and 22 story luxury condominium high-rise is located within San Jose’s Central Downtown. The development is the first of its type for this area of the city and has been designed to provide every condominium with views, generous outdoor deck areas, and floor to ceiling glass for the premium units. There are two underground and three above grade parking levels with twenty floors of condominiums and generous common amenity areas at ground level and at the fourth floor pool plaza deck.

Central Place: Mixed Use

The Block 3, “Central Place” project is located on the existing parking lot between 2nd and 3rd Streets, South of San Fernando Street in downtown San Jose, CA.

The development will transform a surface parking lot into an inviting mixed-use complex that will be comprised of the following uses: approximately 197 for-sale residential condominiums in a high-rise tower and approximately 32,000 square feet of street level retail. The condominiums sit on a podium structure, which will contain residential amenities including a fitness center, clubhouse, spa and pool. Two levels of subterranean parking will provide approximately 608 spaces, with the first level, to be owned by the city, designated 338 as public parking to serve the district. The San Jose Redevelopment Agency is investing $7.8 million making it possible to provide public parking, affordable housing and create a quality environment that will attract first class retail and restaurants.

City Front Square - Residential and Retail

The City Front Square is located on the existing parking lot of South First Street at San Carlos Street of downtown San Jose.

The Globe Project: Mixed Use

The development will transform a surface parking lot into an inviting mixed-use complex, that will be comprised of the following uses: 72  for-sale condominiums and 17,5000 square feet of ground level retail. Two levels of subterranean parking will provide 172 spaces, with the first level, to be owned by the city, designated as public parking to serve the district. The San Jose Redevelopment Agency is investing $7.8 million making it possible to provide public parking, affordable housing and create a quality environment that will attract first class retail and restaurants.
