Plaza de San Jose: Shopping Center
Located in one of the largest Hispanic populations in San Jose, California, this new shopping district will become
a community focal point and gateway at Story and King Roads, one of the busiest intersections. The overall project is located on two adjacent sites, totaling 300,000 square feet that will be designed around a variety of outdoor public plazas and pedestrian paseos.
This project will serve to revitalize the district and bring much needed retail services, restaurants and public
spaces for community interaction and special celebrations. |

Pacific Commons: 100 Acre Retail Center
Pacific Commons, in the city of Fremont, California is a master-planned business park entitled for 7 million
square feet of light industrial, R&D, office and retail. Approximately 1.2 million square feet of R&D property
is developed, and all but 74,000 square feet of this (which was sold to the tenant, Intel) is currently in the rental
portfolio. In addition, a 730,000 square feet retail power center is currently open, including major tenants such
as Kohl’s, Circuit City, Lowe’s, Old Navy, Linens n’ Things, Starbucks, In-N-Out Burger and DSW.
