Silver Creek Landing - San Jose, California

Silver Creek Landing is perfectly situated within the Edenvale Technology Park whose business tenants have over 15,000 current employees.

With 10,500,000 square feet of Office/ R & D facilities, there is a growing need for retail and food services. Edenvale is home to such companies as Nextest, Nanosolar, IDT, and Stryker. Silver Creek is widely considered to be one the wealthiest and most prominent communities in all of the San Francisco Bay Area. Pacific Commons, in the city of Fremont, California is a master-planned business park entitled for 7 million square feet of light industrial, R&D, office and retail. Approximately 1.2 million square feet of R&D property is developed, and all but 74,000 square feet of this (which was sold to the tenant, Intel) is currently in the rental portfolio.
